The Ontario Fire Marshal's Office has declared a major industrial fire in Kingsville an accident.
The fire began early Monday morning at Global Pack Packaging Solutions, located on Road 3 East near Spinks Drive. The company makes plastic produce packaging and trays.
There were no injuries reported, but the OFM had been on scene for much of the week to determine the cause.
A damage estimate has already come out to $1.25-million, but the Kingsville Fire Department confirmed via tweet on Saturday evening that the fire was accidentally sparked due to an electrical fault.
Multiple crews from across Windsor-Essex helped Kingsville battle the blaze.
