Fire crews arrived to heavy smoke on Grace Road just north of Little River Boulevard just after 8 a.m. and had it out 30 minutes later.
Fire officials said two people were taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
The cause and the origin of the fire are under investigation.
Tecumseh Fire added the home had no working smoke alarms.
