City Starting Sewer Master Plan

The City of Windsor is starting work on its Sewer Master Plan and it's hoping to hear from residents.

The city launched a new website that will be updated with the progress of the plan as well as provide information on how people can get involved with public information meetings.

The plan is expected to take two years to complete. Its aim is to confirm the areas that are vulnerable to flooding, identify reasons for the flooding, generate and evaluate short and long-term alternative solutions, and develop a long-range implementation strategy to manage flooding in the city.

Throughout all stages of the plan, the city will look to hear from residents about their experiences with flooding.
