UPDATE: Arrest Made In Windsor Mac's Robbery

A 51-year-old man is facing charges following a robbery over the weekend.

Windsor police say a man with his identity hidden, entered Mac's convenience store on Walker Rd at Airport Rd. around 5am Sunday and demanded money. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen heading north on Walker Rd.

Officers learned that the man was seen getting into a car which was later found parked at a nearby motel. The driver matched the description of the suspect, and he was arrested.

A Windsor man is charged with robbery and wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence.
