The fire started around 2am at a home on the corner of St. Louis Ave. and Ontario St.
Nobody was hurt, but the fire caused $75,000 damage.
The house, at 906 St. Louis, was empty at the time and undergoing renovations.
The flames started in the attic where there was an electrical failure.
