Essex County OPP say they have identified the suspicious vehicle seen in Harrow this week and there is no public safety concern.
Parents alerted police after multiple incidents with the vehicle this week. They say their children were frightened after the man in the vehicle stopped and asked kids in the neighbourhood inappropriate questions.
The OPP say they have identified the driver and the vehicle and are completing an investigation but they do not believe there are any public safety concerns at this time.
