LaSalle Brings In Help For Flood Clean Up

The Town of LaSalle has arranged for an extra garbage pickup after last week's floods.

Windsor Disposal Services has been contracted to help with the extra collection.

Free curbside collection is on Monday, September 11. Only flood damaged materials will be picked up.

Regular household garbage should be left at the curb for routine collection.

Only areas affected by flooding will have the extra pickup.

If you are unsure if your home falls within that area, call the Public Works Department at 519-969-4143 by Friday.

If it is needed, the town says it may add another collection day next week.

In Lakeshore, yard waste pickup resumes September 16 after it was cancelled last Saturday so the crews could focus on the collection of flood debris.
