OPP officers saw two cars speeding Sunday afternoon just west of Guelph.
One was clocked at 138 km/hr in an 80 km/hr zone while the other was doing 141 km/hr.
A 24-year-old Guelph man has also been charged with racing.
Their licences and vehicles will be seized for seven days.
