The OPP say only two students were on the bus, which was making its way to St. Anne's High School on County Rd. 22 near West Pike Creek Rd. in Lakeshore when it was struck.
The two students, who were around 17 years old, were not injured.
Police say the bus driver was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
