It happened at a business on Tecumseh Rd. E near Parkview Ave., at around 1pm on Monday.
Police say the male suspect appeared to be armed with a shotgun. He was last seen leaving the scene, heading east, in a brown SUV.
No injuries have been reported.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Call Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.
