The Essex County OPP says the incident happened on Erie St. S. at Oak St. W around 1:35pm Monday.
The teen was using the courtesy crosswalk at Highbury Canco when he was struck by a grey Pontiac.
Police continue to investigate the collision and say more details will be released as they become available.
