Officers say a 20-year-old was driving a grey minivan northbound on Lauzon Rd. when the vehicle hit a pedestrian.
The 51-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Any witnesses of the incident, who have not yet spoken with police, are asked to call.
