Margaret Trudeau Comes To Windsor

Margaret Trudeau is serving as the guest speaker at the 2016 Stigma Enigma Annual Event being held at Caesars Windsor on Saturday.

Trudeau is the author of four books and works as a community advocate with the UBC Mental Health Institute.

She's the wife of former prime minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau as well as the mother of current prime minister Justin Trudeau and lived with bi-polar disorder while in the public eye, helping her become a mental-health issues advocate.

Stigma Enigma is a group focused on tackling mental health issues as well as addressing spin-off concerns like suicide prevention.

The event is set to begin at 5:30pm, while dinner is set for 6:30pm.
