UPDATE: Mac's Robbed At Knifepoint

Windsor police are searching for a knife-wielding robber who jumped over a corner store counter and left with some cash.

Officers responded to the Mac's in the 900-block of Ouellette Ave. at around 2:30am Wednesday.

Police say the suspect walked in, demanded cash, hopped the counter and ran off with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen heading north on Ouellette.

The clerk wasn't injured, police say.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 5'9" with a medium build wearing a black sweater with an Addidas logo on the front and Addidas logo across the back.

He was also wearing a black toque pulled to his eyebrows with a brown and yellow scarf covering his face, black-framed glasses, blue jeans and black boots.
