Windsor Family Pleading For Help (VIDEO)

The family of 17-year-old Lawrence "Teddy" Davis is looking for witnesses to a Halloween night incident, in Windsor, which left the teen nearly dead.

Davis' Mother Diane Scott has set up a go-fund-me account, as she's hoping to offer a reward to anyone who can give Windsor police a name or information which could lead to an arrest.

"People aren't speaking up (about the incident) and I don't know why," says Scott. "There was a lot of people around, somebody had to have seen something. Somebody knows who was driving that car."

Scott says her son can barely walk right now, as he suffered two fractures to his pelvic bone, a concussion and plenty of road rash from being run over by a vehicle.

She believes police have the name of one suspect, but Windsor police have not confirmed that information.
