Fiat-Chrysler is hiring production line workers at the Windsor Assembly plant.
The posting went live on the company's website this morning.
Spokespeople were hesitant to confirm the hiring spree prior to the jobs being posted, and haven't returned calls from BlackburnNews.com since it went live.
Currently 4,500 people work at the plant, which will begin building a new style of mini-van next year.
The plant just underwent a three month shutdown to upgrade tooling on the production line.
