Spits Win Streak Snapped

The Windsor Spitfires are leaving Erie disappointed after a 4-3 loss to the Otters on Saturday night.

The Spits had won five in a row heading into Erie, but couldn't overcome an 3-0 lead built up by the Otters.

LaSalle native Daniel Beaudoin scored his first ever OHL goal in getting the Spits back within one, but Jake Lawr wouldn't give up the equalizer in the Otters goal.

The Spitfires are back at the WFCU Centre on Thursday to host the Ottawa 67's.
