Three men are wanted by police after a violent robbery in Lakeshore.

The incident began when a 21-year-old man left the Sunsplash Festival in Lakeshore after 1:30am Sunday with three guys he just met.

After buying some cigarettes at a nearby convenience store, police say one of the men grabbed his wallet and ran off.

The victim chased him and was eventually hit several times in the face. Police say he fell to the ground, which is when the other two men repeatedly kicked him. The man suffered only minor injuries.

The victim's cell phone and some cash were also taken.

The first suspect is described as white, about 19 years old, 5'-"8 to 6'0" with a medium build and black or brown hair. The second man is 17 with a skinny build, an acne complexion and a shaved head. Police say the third suspect is white, also about 17 with a pierced lower lip and longer hair.

Police have released a suspect photo trying to identify one of the three men.
