Windsor police say the two-vehicle crash resulted in non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for a short time, but has since reopened.
Traffic, including many trucks, were being forced to turn left on Tecumseh after coming off the bridge.
No word yet on charges.
Chatham-Kent police reported a 44-year-old man driving a pickup truck was killed in the crash at Jeanettes Creek Road and Coutts Line around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
