The Drug and Gun Enforcement Unit, along with the Emergency Service Unit, made the arrest yesterday at around 6:30pm.
Police say one of the men was arrested last year for having a loaded handgun and is on probation.
The loaded shotgun is believed to be stolen from a previous break and enter.
All four are facing charges of possessing a restricted firearm without a license.
