Members of the Provincial Anti-Violence Intervention Strategy had been conducting an investigation which involved two men dealing cocaine and meth in the city.
A 42-year-old was arrested in the 1500-block of Bruce Ave. on Tuesday, while a 41-year-old was found on Dougall Ave. near Tecumseh Rd.
