Police Seize Meth And Guns

Four men and a woman from Windsor face charges after police seized methamphetamine, guns and ammunition.

Members of the Provincial Anti-Violence Intervention Strategy, composed of officers from police services in Windsor, Amherstburg and LaSalle, found $6,959 worth of methamphetamine during a traffic stop in the 4700-block of McDougall Ave. last Thursday. Officers arrested two 47-year-old men and a 39-year-old man.

The next day, a search warrant was executed at a home in the 600-block of Capitol Ave. where police found a loaded U.S. Revolver handgun, a Marlon Goose 12-gauge shotgun and ammunition. Police arrested a 37-year-old woman at the house and a 37-year-old man shortly after.

Police say Robert Ladoucer, Rodney Brown, Susan Sladic, Gary Demelo and Shawn Bradt face drug and weapons charges.
