Unattended cooking is to blame for the second fire on Ottawa St. over the weekend. Windsor fire says one person remains in hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The fire caused $250,000 in damage. The fire started Sunday afternoon in a residential unit at 812 Ottawa St.
