Sarnia's Corey Pawley is heading to Germany to play professional hockey.
Pawley signed a contract to play with ESC Kempten of the Germany5 league. He had 15 points in 20 games with Brunflo IK, a Division One team in Sweden.
The former OHLer played 155 games with London Knight and Kingston Frontenac, and lead the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League in poins during the 2015-16 season, winning a Sutherland Cup Championship with Caledonia.
Pawley was a standout with the Lambton Junior Sting Minor Midget team in 2010-11, scoring 24 goals and 57 points in 30 games. The London Knights made him a fourth round selection in the 2011 OHL draft.
