Letowski Joins Spitfires Coaching Staff (AUDIO)

Trevor Letowski is joining the Windsor Spitfires as an associate coach.

Letowski spent time with the Sarnia Sting both as a player and coach.

The former NHLer spent three seasons on the ice with the Sting, scoring 93 goals and totaling 248 points.

Last year, he coached Sarnia to a 29-32-7 record in his second full season as head coach, it was his fifth year behind the bench as he was an associate coach with the team prior to the 2013-2014 campaign.

He spent nine years in the NHL with Phoenix, Vancouver, Columbus and Carolina.

The Spitfires will make their first of three regular season trips to the RBC Centre on December 11.

Former Sting Andy Delmore, who was an assistant coach with the team last season, is joining the coaching staff of the OUA's Windsor Lancers.
