A Sarnia man is facing assault charges following an incident in St. Clair Township.
Shortly after 9 a.m. on Monday, October 19, Lambton OPP were called to the Ladysmith Road and Petrolia Line area for reports of an assault, during which someone allegedly brandished a weapon before leaving the scene.
Officers located a suspect shortly after, and he was taken into custody.
No injuries were reported.
Brock Holman, 30, of Sarnia, is facing several charges, including assault with a weapon, mischief under $5,000, theft under $5,000, failure to comply with a release order, and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
