Sting suffer 5-2 road loss to Owen Sound

The Sarnia Sting (7-7-1-3) dropped another on the road, 5-2 to Owen Sound Wednesday night.

The Attack (4-8-2-2) snapped an eight game losing streak picking up their first win since October 12.

Ruslan Karimov scored both goals for Sarnia and goalie Nick Suzycia made 38 saves in net.

Sam McCue had two goals for Owen Sound, while Antonio Tersigni, Tristan Delisle and Sarnia native Landen Hookey also added goals for the Attack.

The Sting have dropped three of their last four on the road.

Sarnia travels to Niagara on Friday night to face the Ice Dogs.
