Majestic Star joins sister ship at Sarnia Harbour

The Sarnia Harbour is now home to two ships formerly owned and operated by Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts.

The Majestic I, joined its smaller sister ship the Majestic Star II at the North slip Thursday morning.

It was towed from Sturgeon Bay and is scheduled to undergo some major work.

The Majestic Star II, originally named Trump Princess, arrived in Sarnia earlier this summer.

Both vessels, built in the 1990s, operated as floating casinos until 2021, and at the height of their operations housed over 1,600 slot machines.

Majestic Star Holdings purchased the casinos from the Trump Organization in 2005.
