Brass knuckles, gun seized at Blue Water Bridge

Border officials are reminding people to keep their weapons at home when entering another country.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) said 11 brass knuckles and a firearm were seized at the Blue Water Bridge port of entry on April 15.

A photo was posted to social media on Monday.

The CBSA said the individual was trying to enter Canada when enforcement action was taken. The person was issued a penalty and directed back into the U.S.

Further details about importing or exporting a firearm or weapon into Canada can be found on the CBSA's website.
