Sarnia police believe a standoff at an Exmouth Street residence on Monday is connected to a stabbing at the same location 12 hours prior.
The incident happened at a duplex between Trillium Park and the Highway 402 off-ramp.
At around 12:15 p.m., police said two youths went to the home to speak with their friend who lives in the area.
Upon knocking on the door, the victims were spoken to by a man who allegedly pointed a firearm at them and made a threat.
The two victims fled the area and called 9-1-1.
Members of the Sarnia Police Service Operations Division and the Emergency Response Team surrounded the building and shut down the area for safety purposes.
The suspect later surrendered without further incident, and police found an airsoft revolver in the home.
Police said Pevec was held for a bail hearing and has since been released from custody.
It happened just after midnight on Monday, and a 37-year-old man was taken to Bluewater Health with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police alleged a group of teens, 14 to 18 years old, were involved in an argument with the victim who had asked the suspects to leave his home, which sparked the altercation.
Gray is wanted on charges of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
The other teens have been identified and are not facing charges at this time.
Police said the victim and the suspects are all known to each other.
