The 66th annual Western Ontario Steam Threshers Show is being held at the Forest Fairgrounds this weekend.
Association President Dale Hillier said there will be tractor pulls all weekend.
"We have the Southwestern Ontario Tractor Pullers Association on Friday night from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. or midnight," said Hillier. "Saturday afternoon we have the Ontario Vintage Tractor Pullers Association going on from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. and then at 7 p.m. we have our Out Of The Field Tractor Pull. That's where anybody can bring their tractors that they use every day to see how they pull."
There will also be steam and wheat threshing demonstrations all weekend.
"We [also] have live music all weekend in the family beer garden with a kids area," said Hillier. "We usually have pretty good crowds every year. That's the main thing, we want to be able to get the younger kids in to see what farming used to be like. Some of the equipment we get here I've never seen before. You get to learn a lot of things, there's a lot of neat stuff, some interesting machinery comes out sometimes and it's really fun."
Gates open at noon Friday, and at 9 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
"The gate entrance is off Hubbard Line. It's $15 for adults, $10 for youth 12 to 17 years old, under 12 is free and seniors are also $10," said Hillier.
