Public input is now being sought on the Federal carbon tax.
A survey has been posted at SpeakUpSarnia.ca to see what Sarnia residents think about asking the Government of Canada to eliminate the tax.
Sarnia council requested community input on the matter before making its decision.
The survey will be available until Thursday, December 7 at 4 p.m.
A presentation by the Sarnia Environmental Advisory Committee in October did not include results from public input.
The absence of the material sparked a heated outburst by councillor Bill Dennis, who later apologized.
