On Friday, officers said the 22-year-old man of no fixed address had last been seen on December 4 near Christina Street and London Road.
Anyone with information regarding Perry's whereabouts were asked to contact the Sarnia Police Service.
"Thank you to those who provided information that assisted with locating him," wrote Acting Staff Sergeant Johann Lewis.
