Rebound hosts open house for outgoing executive director

The executive director of Sarnia-Lambton Rebound will bid a formal adieu during an open house on Wednesday.

Rebound's board of directors and staff are hosting the event on Carrie McEachran's last day with the organization.

She will take over as CEO of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce as of May 6.

"Sarnia-Lambton Rebound is excited for McEachran’s new opportunity, but she’s leaving big shoes to fill," said a media release.

McEachran has held the position of executive director since 2016.

"As we always say, 'it’s not goodbye, it’s just so long because once you’re a part of Rebound, you’re always a part of our Team Awesome Family,'” said Business Manager Sarah McCann.

A casual open house will be held between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Sarnia office, located at 10 Lorne Cres.

Sarnia-Lambton Rebound serves over 40,000 youth through various programs and services.
