Sarnia Muslim Association to host drive-thru vigil for London family

There will be a drive-thru event in Sarnia in honour of the four Muslim family members killed in what police are calling a hate-motivated attack in London.

The drive-thru vigil at the Sarnia Muslim Association Mosque on London Line will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.

The association said they're inviting the community to share in their grief and healing.

Traffic will be directed into the mosque parking lot where residents can leave messages, flowers or donations for the London family, including the nine-year-old boy orphaned by the tragedy.

Due to provincial restrictions, residents are required to remain in their vehicles.
