Power line work on a section of Highway 402 in London may cause traffic slowdowns over the weekend.
Hydro One crews will be stringing new lines across the highway near White Oak Road, just west of where the 402 merges with Highway 401.
The utility said there will be single lane closures and reduced speed limits in each direction, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., for safety reasons.
The work is being done with the help of the transportation ministry and OPP to ensure safe and reliable power in the area.
It's expected to wrap up Sunday.
