Lambton OPP, EMS and firefighters responded to a single vehicle collision on the eastbound highway, at around 9:30 p.m. in Plympton-Wyoming.
Police say the driver, and lone occupant, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A section of the highway was closed for several hours as a result.
The investigation is ongoing.
