A 32-year-old Sarnia man charged in connection with a homicide on Confederation Street will appear in court again early next month.
Timothy James Noj was remanded in custody until February 3.
He's charged with second degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Luis Enrique Hernandez.
Police responded to a row house complex in the 900 block of Confederation Street just east of Indian Road at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, January 9. An injured man needing medical attention was rushed to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
