Thomas Lachapelle was reported missing to the public on Monday after being last seen at around 8 a.m. on Friday
Police said Lachapelle has since been located and he is safe.
Repairs are currently being done on a major water transmission line along Charing Cross Road, which supplies the Chatham Water Treatment Plant.
