Local first responders have collected a lot of gifts recently to make sure every child in the community has a gift to open this Christmas.
The 7th annual Sarnia police Holiday Hero Cram a Cruiser reached a total of 528 donated gifts.
The event at Lambton Mall supported the Inn of the Good Shepherd's Adopt a Family Program.
Lambton OPP were also out collecting toys and food last weekend.7th Annual Cram A Cruiser is off to a strong start!

A number of cruisers were stuffed with food donated at Petrolia Independent Grocer, $1,000 in gift cards were also donated and $1,200 cash.
Three cruisers and a van were filled with toys worth a total of $3,200 at the Canadian Tire in Forest with the company matching the donation.
