First round leader Ethan O'Meara of Sarnia was second after an even par 72 in the final round to finish at two under 142.
Third place went to Joey Chua of North Halton at one over 145 followed by Sarnia's Eric Pattenaude at five over 149, Steve Brown at six over 150 and Aaron Pedlar at seven over 151.
