Police said building materials and tools were taken early this morning from a property on Sandpiper Drive.
It happened sometime between 12 a.m. and 3 a.m.
Police are asking anyone with surveillance video of the road or surrounding area to come forward.
It's believed the suspects left in a light coloured SUV.
Anyone with information is asked to call Sarnia police or Crime Stoppers.
