Surveillance video released in jewellery theft (VIDEO)

Lambton OPP have now released surveillance video as the search continues for an alleged jewellery thief.

On Tuesday, September 18 around 7 p.m., police were called to a home on South Plank Road in Enniskillen Township to investigate a break, enter and theft.

A man entered the home through an attached garage door. The man removed several pieces of jewellery from the master bedroom, worth nearly $10,000, as well as $500 in cash.

The suspect is described as male, white, thin, wearing dark pants, red and blue t-shirt, black baseball cap, yellow gloves, camouflaged hunting boots and carrying a large shopping bag.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lambton OPP or Crime Stoppers.
