Starting Monday, traffic delays are expected along a section of Lakeshore Road between Mills Street and Mater Drive. There will be daily lane closures between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. for resurfacing, drainage improvements and curb replacements. Lambton County Construction Supervisor Glen Hamill said Cope Construction is undertaking the project. Motorists are asked to slow down and be careful to protect workers in the area. Hamill said resurfacing work is also being done at the Lakeshore Road and Murphy Road intersection. The work is expected to wrap up at the end of October.
