Police Look For Driver After Crash

Sarnia police are looking for the public's help in their investigation of a crash that occurred Friday morning when one vehicle cut off another.

They're trying to track down the driver of a full-sized burgundy or maroon pick-up truck.

Constable John Sottosanti says at around 7am, two vehicles were travelling south on Vidal St. near Wellington St. when a pickup swerved into the lane of a black Toyota RAV4.

"The RAV4 was forced off the road, over the curb and into a pole," says Sottosanti.

Sarnia firefighters and Lambton EMS also responded.

Constable Sottosanti says the driver of the RAV4 was treated at the scene for minor injuries, while the driver of the truck left.

Anyone with information about the collision is asked to contact Sarnia police.
