Police say an officer spotted a vehicle travelling north on East St. around 2:30am swerving in and out of the lane, even striking the curb.
After a traffic stop, the driver was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where it's alleged the 53-year-old man blew over twice the legal limit.
Once sober, he was released on a promise to appear and given a court date.
