Sarnia police now say the driver of a cube van will not be charged following a fatal collision at the Wellington St. and Christina St. intersection Tuesday.
Constable John Sottosanti says a 28-year-old Sarnia man died after being struck by a cube van around 1:15pm.
The area of Christina St. and Wellington St. was closed until about 5pm while police conducted their investigation.
Members of the Sarnia Police Service Traffic Unit and Criminal Investigation Branch continue to try and determine exactly what happened.
No names have been released.
