The Sarnia Police Service cordoned off a section of Kathleen Ave. Thursday afternoon near Walnut St. Officers were dealing with a barricaded person at an apartment in the 300 block of Kathleen. The incident started around 4pm, and officers were still dealing with the individual around 8:30pm. Further details have not yet been made available.
