Lambton Public Health says Lake Huron beaches it tests for water quality have all passed again this week. Beaches sampled include Grand Bend, Pinery, Ipperwash, Highland Glen, Bright's Grove and Canatara Park. No warning signs are posted. We're reminded though, that the water at area beaches may be temporarily polluted for up to 48 hours after heavy rainfall. If the water becomes cloudy due to wave action, bacteria from the bottom may become suspended and increase the risk of illness. No sampling is done along the St. Clair River.
