Few details have been made available yet, but the investigation continues into a serious head-on crash Friday evening on Hwy. 40 in St. Clair Township.
The crash that involved a car and a dump truck, forced the closure of a section of the highway between Courtright Line and Oil Springs Line for a few hours.
Lambton OPP, St. Clair Township fire and EMS responded around 6:30pm.
Firefighters from Courtright and Wilkesport spent about an hour and half extricating the male driver and lone occupant of the car.
Fire officials say they're unable to comment on the extent of the driver's injuries.
